Cora Russ, Human Resources/Facilities Manager, is responsible for a broad range of GHACF human resources functions, from helping staff maintain integrity, ethics and respect for one another to annual review processes, HR policies, procedures and laws, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance and best practices. Cora is also the contact for all building vendors, maintains all contracts and terms, and day-to-day operations of the facility. She has more than 10 years’ experience in HR Manufacturing and more than 12 years in HR Health Care.
Working at GHACF allows her to see how people are impacted because of a cause and be a part of the inspiration and change and watch the growth.
Outside of work, Cora enjoys formal dancing and live bands.
