Tammy Bailey is the Vice Chair of our Board of Trustees and has served on the board since 2012. During this time, she has actively participated in several of the Foundation’s Committees, but it’s her knowledge and experience in the financial industry that has been particularly helpful on the Investment Committee. As a Certified Financial Planner and retired Wealth Manager, Tammy brings strong fiduciary oversight to ensure that our donor’s gifts are carefully stewarded to grow and support our community for good and forever.
Originally from Grand Rapids, Tammy married Grand Haven native and former Detroit Tiger pitcher Howie Bailey and has called Grand Haven home for almost 30 years. She keeps busy on their local farm with their horses, blueberries and honey bees. Tammy and Howie own a packaging supply business and Tammy teaches Personal Finance at Grand Valley State University. We are fortunate to have Tammy’s leadership positively impacting the GHACF – thank you!
