Arts & Culture
A Grantmaking PriorityWe believe that a community that embraces culture and the arts enriches all lives. We give priority to projects that:
- Bring regional and national art and cultural experiences and opportunities to the community
- Supports programs that deliver arts and cultural experiences to under-served populations of the community
- Support the collaboration and growth of local arts and cultural organizations within the community.
Youth Advisory Council
The YAC gives priority to projects that support the arts, culture, and diversity within our community in the following ways:
- Promote an appreciation of regional history, especially in the Tri-Cities Area
- Support an understanding of other cultures and advocate for open-mindedness
- Provide opportunities for self-expression through various safe spaces such as art, music, and theatre
- Build and emphasize the importance of community
If your project aligns with the above grantmaking goals, we'd love to hear about it!
